Visit to the Children's Museum

June 1, 2009
Today Maddox, Lucy and I visited the Children's Museum at Diebert Park. What a cool place! Both babies had a wonderful time.......so much to do and see! We'll definitely be visiting there again! Cute little room in the Children's Museum for children 4 and under. Called the Little Piggies Room.

Holding up the line

Little "help" from one of Maddox's new friends.

Sliding solo

FUN!!

Checking everything out from the safety of the "puppet" section of the children's museum.

The grocery section

"Shopping" for groceries at the children's museum.

Maddox "shopping" for groceries at the children's museum.

On the wall in the "grocery" section

"A stove just my size!....and all the knobs turn!" (They even have pots and pans in the cabinets, but Maddox never got past turning the knobs on the stove this time)

CHEESE!

Tidying up the kitchen after his cooking session. He's turning the faucets in the sink in this picture.

Fun bouncing tent type thing.

All sorts of fun things to climb on and investigate.

So much to see. All these pictures were taken 2 weeks before Lucy started walking, so she was pretty stuck when Maddox went running off to try something new. Now that she's walking, we'll have to pay the museum another visit real soon so Lucy can explore on her own too.
